Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at ormondbeachconcrete.com and your engagement with Ormond Beach Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") for any concrete contracting services. By using our website or hiring us for a project, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing our website, submitting a contact or estimate request, or signing a project contract with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Ormond Beach Concrete is a licensed concrete contractor serving Ormond Beach, FL and the surrounding area. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, slabs, foundations, footings, retaining walls, garage floors, decorative and stamped concrete, parking lots, concrete steps, and concrete cutting.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable Florida building codes and Volusia County permit requirements. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine falls outside our scope of expertise or that we cannot complete safely or to our quality standards.
All written estimates we provide are based on our on-site assessment of your property at the time of the visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
The price stated in a signed contract will not change unless you request a change to the scope of work. Changes to the scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work begins. Change orders may affect the project timeline.
Estimates provided verbally or via email prior to a site visit are preliminary ballpark figures only and are not binding. Only a written estimate produced after an on-site assessment constitutes a formal quote.
Project start dates are confirmed in your contract. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the concrete work, including heavy rain, extreme heat, or other conditions that make a safe pour impractical. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide an alternative start date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule after signing a contract, notify us in writing at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 5 business days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if site conditions discovered on the day of work materially differ from what was assessed during the estimate visit. In that case, we will contact you, explain the issue, and either provide a revised estimate or release you from the contract without penalty.
Payment terms are stated in your written contract. Typical terms include a deposit due before work begins and the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods are stated in your contract.
Payment is due upon project completion unless other terms are agreed to in writing. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as permitted by Florida law.
In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including placing a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with Florida lien law.
You are responsible for:
We are not liable for damage to utilities, irrigation systems, or underground structures that were not disclosed prior to the start of work.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project are stated in your written contract. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following limitations apply:
Materials are warranted by their respective manufacturers. We do not extend any manufacturer warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ormond Beach Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that specific project.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Florida, and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date.
